A friend of mine recently shared a New York Times article with me along with the words, “Make time to read this“. It’s beautifully written by the mother of a (now) adult son with Autism. She clearly and succinctly captures her yearly struggle of having to write a vision statement for his IEP (Individualised Education Plan). Then, in a remarkable twist, he shows her how.
